Apartment54

We have just one parking space available for our two Airbnbs which we are happy to reserve for you on a first come first serve basis. Please message us if you would like to reserve the parking space. Otherwise, close street parking is almost always very easy. Apartment54 is the first floor of our three-story house. We live on the second and third floors. Pet Hair! Pets are NOT allowed on furniture. BUT, if it's REALLY not possible to keep your fur babies off the furniture, please use the large green sheet to keep pet hair & smell off of the upholstery. If additional time is required to remove pet hair or odor from furniture we will charge an additional cleaning fee! Note that we have security cameras - one a the front of the property with a view to the front gate, and one at the rear of the property with a view to the parking area. A few notes about Urban/City living: 1. Nosie - You will probably hear some! Our house lies below the flight path for landing planes (approximately 4 miles to runway). Planes can be heard overhead during the day (very rarely at night). Neighbors are close and we live upstairs - no one is particularly loud or bothersome, but it's an urban environment and you'll likely hear some noise from us, a neighbor, or another guest at some point. 2. We love our neighbors and our neighborhood! But we do have a neighbor with a lot of stuff in their yard. Most of the neighborhood is lovely, but this particular yard is a bit unsightly. 3. Neighboring homes, and the units on our property are close to each other, but all the windows have blinds and/or curtains in case you want to feel more private.
